Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Coordinator to join our team. As a Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of our properties. Your main objective will be to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of properties by coordinating various tasks and providing exceptional customer service to tenants and property owners. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred - Proven experience in property management or a similar role - Knowledge of property management software and basic accounting principles - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and customer service abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities related to property management - Assist with the management of tenant and owner relationships, including addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with maintenance staff to address property maintenance and repair needs - Create and maintain property files and documentation - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards - Assist with the preparation and distribution of lease agreements and other property-related documents - Collect and process rent payments, prepare monthly financial reports, and assist with budgeting - Coordinate property showings and assist with the marketing of available properties - Help coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting inspections and coordinating necessary repairs - Stay updated on local property management regulations and ensure compliance We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for property management.
