Your Impact: * Operational Excellence: * Lead the operational facets of our property portfolio, encompassing leasing, resident retention, marketing strategies, budget management, expense oversight, and detailed reporting. * Uphold the highest property maintenance standards through regular reviews and preventative maintenance initiatives. * Streamline operations and enhance resident satisfaction through effective policies and procedures. * Leadership and Team Development: * Inspire, guide, and manage property management teams and staff across all locations, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. * Facilitate team growth through regular evaluations, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities. * Financial Stewardship: * Craft and oversee property budgets, aiming to meet or surpass financial goals. * Analyze financial performance, providing insights on variances, forecasts, and revenue enhancement strategies. * Implement cost-reduction measures to boost operational efficiency. * Enhancing Tenant Relationships: * Manage tenant acquisition, lease administration, and retention strategies to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty. * Promptly address tenant concerns, ensuring a positive living experience. * Strategic Reporting and Compliance: * Deliver detailed operational and financial reports to management and property owners, offering strategic insights and market trends. * Ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations, coordinating with legal counsel as necessary. * Market Insights and Expansion: * Conduct thorough market analysis for informed pricing strategies and identify potential growth avenues. * Work closely with the acquisition team to evaluate and integrate new properties into our portfolio. Who You Are: * You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a similar field, preferred. * You bring 3-5 years of property management experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or leadership capacity. * You've demonstrated success in managing multiple properties and leading teams towards operational excellence. * You possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * You are proficient in property management software and the Google Office Suite. * You are open to traveling 2-4 days per week to various property locations.
