Property Management - Maintenance Coordinator

Sun West is a nationwide full-service mortgage lender with 40 years of experience and is proudly family-owned. We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator who can work in the field. A successful candidate must be able to grasp new concepts quickly, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and take pride in seeing tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and delivering affidavits.
• Posting notices at rental properties.
• Be present for property inspections.
• Taking photos of rental properties and documenting the list of repairs needed.
• Assigning vendors to complete repairs.
• Reviewing and photographing completed repairs.
• Completing a Checklist when new tenants move in / out.
• Ensuring copies of keys are updated and the office has a copy.
• Following up with handymen regarding pending repairs.
• Requesting all vendor invoices for Management review.
• Collecting rent at the property as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required
• Property Management experience is a plus
• Maintenance experience is a plus
