Compensation: $52,000 - $56,000 Responsibilities: * Assist Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the association property. * Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and improvements. * Manage resident inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. * Ensure compliance with association rules and regulations. * Assist in budget planning and financial management. * Conduct property inspections and ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. * Assist in organizing and facilitating association meetings. * Maintain accurate records of correspondence, contracts, and financial transactions.
